Remodelling of an old store-cupboard in a large house in south Gloucester, creating a fabulous ensuite wet room.
There was many challenges working on a property of this age, while working closely with the customer to achieve there specific and imaginative design:
- stripping out of the decayed floor timbers and fallen wall plaster.
- re-carcassing of the floor, wall and ceiling repairs.
- building of a false raised area, under floor heating and tiling.
- traditional lime pointing of feature stone.
This project was running to a time frame with the completion to be one week before Christmas, my team and I ensured the work was fully complete to the highest standard and on time with the hovering and polishing on the last day.
This is another satisfying project we are proud to have completed.
