Lee, Ryan and Bailey were all fantastic throughout the few weeks they were here solving all our damp issues! We were so impressed at Lees knowledge and honesty from the outset, and all of you were so friendly and insanely tidy every single day you were here, treating our home with such care. Would recommend without hesitation, it’s also only been a couple of weeks since you finished and we can already see the benefits, thank you!

I could not recommend Oakfield Contracting more highly! From the moment Lee came round to quote they have offered a fabulous service. The quote was detailed and Lee took the time to explain everything for me. They notified me when work would be starting and kept me informed on what had been completed each day. My house was always left clean and tidy and the equipment used meant there was minimal dust and disruption. All work has been completed to a really high quality in the agreed timescales. Thank you!

We had Lee and the lads install a French drain and also tank our living room. The team worked conscientiously and very hard and got the job done before schedule. We were pleased both with the standard of workmanship and the ease of communication. The end result seems of the highest order.,We had Lee and the team install a French drain and also tank half of our living room. The guys all worked professionally and very hard and finished well before time. Communication was good and the end result smart.

I engaged the services of Lee and Oakfield Contracting with regards to water coming into my main bedroom. Lee surveyed the situation, explained (in plain English) the issue and roughly the cost. Within in the time frame he said, the job was complete and within a week the bedroom was starting to dry out, and he was pretty spot on with the bill. I would highly recommend Oakfield Contracting.

Wow, thank you so much for doing such a thorough job! We feel we’ve got very good value for money from your report and appreciate the detail you’ve gone to especially with the photos.

Lee and his team were very professional and turned a damp survey around for us quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.
