The wall was rendered with PRB Heritage Lime and improvements were made to the footings to allow for better drainage and alleviate lateral water.

The property was stripped out & excavated completely. Masonry repairs & brick replacement works were completed and lime based render was used to stabalise the brick work. The cavity membrane was installed and the stud wall was replaced to fit the clients furniture.
